1. Bachelor's 3-5 years working experience in lithium battery industry, master's degree with more than 2 years experience;

2. Have certain quality management work experience;

3. Experience in production management of lithium ion polymer batteries is preferred;

4. With 6sigma and high data analysis and processing capabilities

5. Have good communication skills, problem analysis and report writing ability
